/KASE, April 24, 2023/ – "Fincraft" Investment House JSC (Almaty), whose
shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified
KASE that the repeated extraordinary general meeting of the company's
shareholders, scheduled for April 19, 2023, did not take place due to the lack
of a quorum.
