The Board of Directors of ATFBank JSC (Kazakhstan) agreed on floatation price of newly issued shares

/KASE, January 8, 04/ - ATFBank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are circulating in official "A" listing category of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange CJSC (KASE), presented to KASE an excerpt from minutes of its Board of Directors' meeting held on December 29, 2003. According to the submitted document, the Board of Directors enacted: to float a new issue of bank's shares in amount 5,351,238 pieces (the issue was registered by the National bank on December 26, 2003) and to charge the Management Board of ATFBank JSC with floatation of a named issue at price of not less than KZT1,000.0 among unlimited number of investors.
