Changes in the Board of KazTransCom OJSC (Kazakhstan)

/KASE, January 8, 04/ - KazTransCom OJSC (Almaty), whose bonds are circulating in the official "A" listing category of Kazakhstan stock exchange CJSC (KASE), has informed KASE about changes, which occurred in the staff of its Board. According to the presented information on the basis of the decision of the Board of directors of KazTransCom OJSC dated December 29 of 2003 and in accordance with the order dated January 5 of 2004: - since January 1 of 2004 Askar Yerzhanov has been appointed for the post of the First deputy General director of KazTransCom OJSC; - since January 5 of 2004 Murat Abdrakhmanov has started fulfilling duties of Chairman of the Board - General director of KazTransCom OJSC.
