/KASE, April 19, 2023/ – As announced earlier, on April 17, 2023, the Listing
commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds
KZ2C00009678 (TMJLpp3; KZT1,000, KZT173,709,364,000.00, 20 years; semi-
annual coupon, 8.74 % per annum; 30/360) of NC Kazakhstan temir zholy JSC
(Astana) in KASE official list's "Private placement" market.
The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission is April 19,
2023.
