KASE's Listing commission decided to include bonds KZ2C00009678 (TMJLpp3) of NC Kazakhstan temir zholy in KASE official list's "Private placement" market

/KASE, April 17, 2023/ – On April 17, 2023, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2C00009678 (KZT1,000, KZT173,709,364,000.00, 20 years; semi-annual coupon, 8.74 % per annum; 30/360) of NC Kazakhstan temir zholy JSC (Astana) in KASE official list's "Private placement" market. The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission will be announced later. The issue of these bonds is the second one under the third bond program of NC Kazakhstan temir zholy JSC, registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on December 22, 2022 in the amount of KZT542,862,679,000. These bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (ticker) TMJLpp3.
