/KASE, April 6, 2023/ – "Fincraft" Investment House JSC (Almaty), whose
shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified
KASE that the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the company,
scheduled for April 6, 2023, did not take place due to the lack of a quorum,
with the next meeting scheduled for April 19, 2023 at 10:00 Astana time.
