/KASE, March 28, 2023/ – KEGOC JSC (Astana), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of
changes to the issue prospectus of bonds KZ2C00007797 (KASE main market,
category "bonds", KEGCb4; 1,000 tenge, 35.0 bn tenge; 21.12.22 – 21.12.37;
floating semi-annual coupon, 3.00 % +TONIA Compounded; 30/365), registered
by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of
the Financial Market on March 24, 2023.
According to the above changes, the time base 365/fact will be applied to
calculate the interest (coupon).
