/KASE, March 27, 2023/ – LOTTE Rakhat JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision
of the Board of Directors dated March 16, 2023, A. Akhrarov was appointed the
Chairman of the Company's Management Board effective April 21, 2023.
Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of LOTTE Rakhat
JSC consists of six people: A. Akhrarov, Park Gyun Youl, Im Won Hyuk, M.
Nurgaziev, Zh. Orazbayeva, K. Shumkin.
