/KASE, March 16, 2023/ – Shubarkol komir JSC (Karagandy), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE of
payment from December 7, 2022 to March 13, 2023 of dividends on common
KZ1C00000124 (KASE main market, "standard" category, SHUK) and preferred
shares KZ1P00000137 (KASE main market, "standard" category, SHUKp) for the
third quarter of 2022 in the amount of KZT26,809.29 per share for a total amount
of KZT96,788,886,666.72.
According to the company's information, KZT650,524,740.70 was transferred to
Central Securities Depository JSC.
