/KASE, March 14, 2023/ – "Fincraft" Investment House JSC (Almaty), whose shares
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated March 3, 2023, M. Junusbekov
was appointed the acting Chairman of the company's Management Board.
Taking into account the change made, the Board of "Fincraft" Investment House
JSC consists of two people: M. Junusbekov, Sh. Satpaeva.
