shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified
KASE that an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will be held on
April 6, 2023 at 10:00 o'clock with the following agenda:
- on approval of the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of
shareholders of the company;
- on changing the composition of the company's Board of Directors.
