/KASE, March 3, 2023/ – Maten Petroleum JSC (Atyrau), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated February 23, 2023,
the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of
Directors:
- excluded: Sun Yanda, Li Guocheng;
- elected: Wan Wei, Wang Guohui, Guo Yi.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Maten
Petroleum JSC consists of three people.
