/KASE, February 27, 2023/ – Fincraft Group LLP (Almaty), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about the decisions of its sole partner dated February 13, 2023:
- to approve separate financial statements of the partnership for 2022;
- not to distribute the net income and not to pay dividends based on results of
operations for 2022.
