/KASE, February 17, 2023/ – Mangistau Regional Electricity Network
Company JSC (Aktau), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that, an extraordinary general
meeting of its shareholders will begin on March 15, 2023 at 11:00 o'clock, with
the agenda as follows:
- on early termination of powers of an independent director of the company's
Board of Directors;
- on the election of an independent director of the Board of Directors of the
company.
