/KASE, February 15, 2023/ – PAVLODARENERGO JSC (Pavlodar), whose
bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated February 13, 2023, V.
Lesin was removed from the composition of the Board of Directors.
Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of
PAVLODARENERGO JSC consists of five persons: L. Yanushko, S. Li, G.
Andreev, A. Nigay, Tan Levin.
