/KASE, February 8, 2023/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that
trading in common shares GB00BGP6Q951 (KASE main market, "standard"
category, GB_NTRM) of NOSTRUM OIL & GAS PLC (United Kingdom) will be
suspended on KASE from February 9, 2022.
Trades will be suspended in accordance with sub-item 1) of item 1 of article
11-2 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities"
due to the notification of the company about the planned decrease in the par
value of said shares and their consolidation as part of a restructuring.
