From February 8, international bonds XS2291819980 (GB_GAZFe1) of Gaz Finance PLC will be excluded from KASE official list at initiative of admittance initiator

/KASE, February 7, 2023/ – By a decision of the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), from February 8, 2023, international bonds XS2291819980 (KASE main market, "bonds" category, GB_GAZFe1; $2.0 bn; 27.01.21 – 27.01.29; semi-annual coupon, 2.95 % per annum; 30/360) of Gaz Finance PLC (United Kingdom), issued under a guarantee (obligation) of Gazprom PJSC (Russia) will be removed from KASE official list. This decision was made on the basis of the request of Freedom Finance JSC, which is the initiator of admission of the mentioned bonds to KASE, for voluntary delisting. These bonds have been included in KASE official list in the "bonds" category of the main market since October 19, 2021. Trading in them opened from November 22, 2021. [2023-02-07]
