/KASE, January 25, 2023/ – AMF Group JSC (Astana), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about the decision of the Board of Directors dated January 23, 2023 to issue
1,123,356 common shares KZ1C00000512 (KASE main market, category
"standard", AKFI) at a price of KZT258 per share by the method of subscription
on the over-the-counter market among an unlimited number of investors.
