/KASE, January 20, 2023/ – Maten Petroleum JSC (Atyrau), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will begin on February 23,
2023 at 10:00 o'clock, with the agenda including the following issues:
- termination of powers of the current Board of Directors of the company;
- election of a new Board of Directors of the company. Determination of the
term of office of the newly elected members of the Board of Directors of the
company, the amount and terms of payment of remuneration and
compensation of expenses to members of the newly elected members of the
Board of Directors for the performance of their duties.
