/KASE, December 30, 2022/ – Fincraft Investment House JSC (Almaty,
hereinafter – the Company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the following:

The Company made a decision to prepare for a voluntary request to the licensor
to terminate the Company's license No. 3.2.232/11 issued by the National Bank
of the Republic of Kazakhstan on August 21, 2019 to carry out the following
types of activities in the securities market:
1) brokerage and dealer activities with the right to maintain customer accounts
as a nominal holder;
2) investment portfolio management activities without the right to raise
voluntary pension contributions.
