officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE as

On December 15, 2022, S&P Global Ratings downgraded the Partnership's long-term
credit rating from "ВВ-" to "В+" and the rating on the national scale from
"kzА" to "kzBBB". Outlook on the ratings is "Negative".
The short-term credit rating was affirmed at "В".
