/KASE, December 19, 2022/ – Life insurance company "Freedom Finance
Life" JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock
Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE of decisions of its Board of Directors dated
December 14, 2022:
- carry out an additional offering of authorized shares of the company in the
number of 936,690 common shares;
- determine the offering price of one common share at KZT7,846.77.
