Bank Bank RBK raised KZT20.0 bn on KASE via subscription by placing bonds KZ2C00008852 (INBNb12) with weighted average yield to maturity of 18.25 % APR

/KASE, December 15, 2022/ – As announced earlier, on December 15, 2022, an initial offering of bonds KZ2C00008852 (INBNb12, KZT40.0 bn; 15.12.22 – 15.12.32; semi-annual coupon; 17.50 % APR; 30/360) of Bank Bank RBK JSC by way of subscription to them was carried out in KASE's trading system. Centras Securities JSC (Almaty) acted as the seller during the subscription to the mentioned bonds. Orders under the subscription were collected on December 15, 2022 from 11:30 to 13:00 Astana time. Bonds with a par value of 20,000,000,000 tenge (20,000,000 bonds with a par value of 1,000 tenge) were offered for placement. As part of the subscription, limit orders were accepted, submitted to KASE's trading system by the closed method. Three members of KASE took part in the trades. In total, three limit orders were submitted to the trading system for a total of KZT20,011.0 mln, which were recognized as active at the end of the order collection. Clean price in submitted active orders varied in the range of 90.3400–103.5813 % of the face value (16.7500–19.7500 % per annum), the weighted average clean price was 96.5090 % of the face value (18.2499 % per annum). Demand during the subscription amounted to 103.7 % of the supply volume. In the total volume of active orders, the share of institutional investors accounted for 49.97 %, the share of other legal entities – for 49.97 %, the share of individuals – for 0.05 %. As a result of the offering, two orders were executed, thereby placing 20,723,545 bonds in the amount of KZT19,999,999,023.1. The weighted average clean price was 96.5086 % of the face value (18.2500 % per annum). According to the data of the Central Securities Depository JSC (Almaty), all deals based on the results of subscription for the indicated bonds by the moment of publication of this information have been settled, the subscription has been completed.
