has notified KASE that an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders
will be held on January 10, 2023 by absentee voting with the following agenda:
- on approval of the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of
shareholders of the company;
- on consideration of the terms of major interested party transactions.
