/KASE, December 5, 2022/ – Fincraft Group LLP (Almaty), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about the decisions of its sole partner dated November 30, 2022:
- to approve the partnership's consolidated interim condensed financial
statements as of September 30, 2022;
- not to distribute the net income and not to pay dividends based on the results
of operations in the three quarters of 2022.
