/KASE, November 28, 2022 / – "Fincraft" Investment House JSC (Almaty),
whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE),
has notified KASE that an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders
will be held on January 10, 2023 by absentee voting with the following agenda:
- on approval of the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of
shareholders of the company;
- on changing the amount of the monthly remuneration of a member of the
Board of Directors, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company.
