/KASE, November 16, 2022/ – Transnational Company Kazchrome JSC (Aktobe), whose
shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE that by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated November 10,
2022, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board
of Directors:
- removed: B. Bekmurzayev – member of the Board of Directors, independent
director;
- elected: B. Rakishev – member of the Board of Directors, independent
director.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Transnational
Company Kazchrome JSC consists of five people: S. Shakhazhanov, D.
Rakhmatullayev, B. Rakishev, B. Toleuov, S. Prokopiyev.
