/KASE, November 4, 2022/ – Shubarkol komir JSC (Karagandy), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will begin on December 5,
2022 at 12:00 o'clock, with the sole issue on the meeting agenda being the issue
"On dividends for the 3rd quarter of 2022, the amount of dividend per ordinary
share of the Company".
