/KASE, October 31, 2022/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) notifies that
trading in common shares KZ1C00000868 (KASE main market, category "standard",
MATN) of Maten Petroleum JSC (Atyrau) has been resumed on KASE from
October 31, 2022.
Trading in these shares was resumed on the basis of the company's notice of
refusal of the shareholder, who owns 3,850,822 ordinary shares of the company,
from the offer to sell his shares.
