/KASE, October 19, 2022/ – LOTTE Rakhat JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision
of the Board of Directors dated October 17, 2022, the following changes were made
to the composition of the company's Management Board:
- excluded: V. Kinzersky, R. Zamoludinov;
- elected: Park Gyun Youl, D. Divazova, Im Won Hyuk.
Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of LOTTE Rakhat JSC
consists of seven people: K. Fedorets, Park Gyun Youl, Im Won Hyuk, M. Nurgaziyev,
Zh. Orazbayeva, K. Shumkin, D. Divazova.
