officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about the tender offer of Sino-Science Netherlands Energy Group B.V., that
holds 76,149,178 common shares KZ1C00000868 (KASE main market, "standard"
category, MATN) to shareholders of the company to sell their shares at a price
of KZT7,699.00 per share.
