From October 13, common shares KZ1C00000108 (LNAT) of Insurance company London-Almaty will be excluded from KASE official list at issuer initiative

/KASE, October 12, 2022/ – By a decision of the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated October 12, 2022, common shares KZ1C00000108 (KASE alternative market, "shares" sector, LNAT) of Insurance company London-Almaty JSC (Almaty) were excluded from KASE official list. This decision of the Listing Commission shall come into effect on October 13, 2022. This decision was made on the basis of an application of Insurance company London-Almaty JSC on voluntary delisting of the said shares from KASE official list. These shares had been included in KASE's official "B" listing category since December 12, 2006; since September 23, 2022 they had been in the "shares" sector of KASE official list's alternative market; trading in them had been opened since December 12, 2006.
