From October 13, common shares KZ1C00001031 (JGOK) and preferred shares KZ1P00001044 (JGOKp) of Zhairem Mining and Concentrating Complex will be excluded from KASE official list at issuer initiative

/KASE, October 12, 2022/ – By a decision of the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated October 12, 2022, the following securities of Zhairem Mining and Concentrating Complex JSC (Karazhal) were excluded from KASE official list: - common shares KZ1C00001031 (KASE alternative market, "shares" sector, JGOK); - preferred shares KZ1P00001044 (KASE alternative market, sector "shares", JGOKp). This decision of the Listing Commission shall come into effect on October 13, 2022. This decision was made on the basis of the application of Zhairem Mining and Concentrating Complex JSC on voluntary delisting of the said shares from KASE official list. The specified shares had been included in the third category of KASE official list since September 12, 2014, since October 12, 2021 they have been in the "shares" sector of KASE official list's alternative market.
