/KASE, October 11, 2022/ – Mangistau Regional Electricity Network Company JSC
(Aktau), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated
October 5, 2022, the following changes were made to the company's Management
Board:
- removed: Zh. Sagymbekov – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board for
Operation – chief engineer;
- elected: M. Alkiev – acting Deputy Chairman of the Management Board for
Operation – chief engineer.
Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of Mangistau
Regional Electricity Network Company JSC consists of four people: A.
Makhambet, M. Alkiev, A. Karmenov, E. Denisova.
