ATFBank JSC (Kazakhstan) informed about registration of its domestic bonds of the third issue

/IRBIS, November 25, 03/ - ATFBank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "А" listing category, has informed with the help of press potential investors about registration of its domestic non- indexed bonds of the third issue (KZ2CKY05A978; 1 tenge, 4.5 bn. tenge; 5 years; December 1, 03 - December 1, 08; semi-annual coupon 8.5% APR). Decision about these bonds issue was made at the prescheduled general shareholders meeting, which was held on July 29 of 2003. According to information of ATFBank JSC money received from bonds issue will be spent for activation of activity of the bank and its branches in the sphere of mid-term and long-term crediting of investment projects of various sectors of economy.
