/KASE, October 3, 2022/ – Life Insurance Company "Standard Life" JSC (Almaty),
whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
notified KASE that following a decision of the Board of Directors dated
September 26, 2022, the following changes were made to the composition of the
company’s Management Board:
- removed: Y. Konurbayev – deputy Chairman of the Management Board;
- appointed: G. Amerkhojaev – deputy Chairman of the Management Board.
Taking into account said changes, the Management Board of Life Insurance Company
"Standard Life" consists of three persons: G. Amerkhojaev, M. Mokshin, F. Yussupov.
