/KASE, September 29, 2022/ – Insurance company London-Almaty JSC (Almaty), whose
shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE about the decision of its sole shareholder dated September 27, 2022 on the
voluntary reorganization of the company in the form of accession to Insurance
Company "Freedom Finance Insurance" JSC.
