/KASE, September 22, 2022/ – On September 22, 2022, the Listing Commission of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to transfer common shares KZ1C00000108
(LNAT) of Insurance company London-Almaty JSC (Almaty) from the "standard" category
of the main market to the "shares" sector of the alternative market of KASE
official list.
This decision of the Listing Commission shall enter into effect on September 23,
2022.
In the conclusion of KASE dated September 19, 2022, it was noted that, based
on the results of the audit of Insurance company London-Almaty JSC and its
specified shares for compliance with the criteria and requirements established
by KASE's internal document "Listing Rules" for inclusion of securities in the
main market of KASE official list and their location in the specified market,
non-compliance of Insurance company London-Almaty JSC with the criterion for
the company to have a valid rating was revealed.
