/KASE, September 6, 2022/ – Insurance company London-Almaty JSC
(Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has informed KASE that by decisions of the Board of Directors dated
August 23, 2022, the following changes were made to the composition of the
company's Management Board:
- excluded: D. Akhmetzhanova – Chairman of the Management Board;
- elected: A. Bekeshov – acting Chairman of the Management Board.
Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of Insurance
company London-Almaty JSC consists of two people: A. Bekeshov, B.
Zhazdykbay.
