/KASE, September 14, 2022/ – Home Credit Bank JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will begin on October 13, 2022 at 15:00 o'clock with the following agenda: - election of a member of the bank's Board of Directors; - conclusion of an agreement with a member of the bank's Board of Directors; - approval of the regulation on the procedure for delimitation of powers between the bodies of the bank.
