/KASE, September 12, 2022/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces
that bonds KZ2C00001493 (KASE alternative market, category "bonds",
ALTMb1; 1 tenge, 2.0 KZT bn; 01.11.07 – 01.11.24; semi-annual coupon, 10.00
% per annum; 30/360) of Almatytemir JSC (Almaty) will be excluded from
KASE official list from September 13, 2022 due to their cancellation.
This decision was made on the basis of the notification of Almatytemir JSC dated
September 12, 2022 and a copy of the certificate of the Agency of the Republic
of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on the
cancellation of these bonds from September 8, 2022.
On September 9, 2022, the cancellation of these bonds was registered in the
accounting system of Central Securities Depository JSC.
