/KASE, September 12, 2022/ – Almatytemir JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with
a copy of the certificate of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for
Regulation and Development of the Financial Market dated September 8, 2022
on cancellation from September 8, 2022 of the issue of bonds KZ2C00001493
(KASE alternative market, "bonds" category, ALTMb1; KZT1, KZT2.0 bn;
01.11.07 – 01.11.24; semi-annual coupon, 10.00 % APR; 30/360).
According to the provided certificate, the issue of said bonds was canceled due
to the fact that all issued bonds of this issue were redeemed by the issuer in
the secondary securities market.
