/KASE, September 2, 2022/ – Maten Petroleum JSC (Atyrau), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE of
decisions of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on August 27, 2022.
Shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's consolidated financial statements for 2021;
- the company's net income for 2021 in the amount of 27,881,134,000 tenge shall
not be distributed.
