/KASE, August 31, 2022/ – Asker Munai Exploration JSC (Almaty), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about
the decisions of its sole shareholder dated August 25, 2022:
- to approve the company's audited financial statements for 2021;
- not to distribute dividends on ordinary shares of the company for 2021.
