/KASE, August 26, 2022/ – Zhairem Mining and Concentrating Complex JSC
(Karazhal), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has informed KASE about the decisions of its sole shareholder dated
August 25, 2022.
The sole shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the financial statements of the company for 2021;
- due to the lack of net income in 2021, not to pay dividends on ordinary
shares, not to approve the amount of dividend per ordinary share;
- to approve the payment of guaranteed dividends on preferred shares for the
2021 financial year at the rate of 85.59 tenge per preferred share of the
company;
- to set September 16, 2022 as the start date for payment of dividends on
preferred shares.
