Kazkommerts Securities OJSC will fulfill obligations of market-maker of the 1st issue bonds of KazTransCom OJSC at KASE

/KASE, November 18, 03/ - By the decision of Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) Board dated November 18 of 2003 Kazkommerts Securities OJSC (Almaty) has been assigned status of market-maker of indexed on tenge devaluation level bonds of KazTransCom OJSC (Almaty) of the first issue (KZ2CKY07A834; KASE's official "A" listing category; KZTCb1; KZT1, KZT3.0 bn.; July 25, 03 - July 25, 10; semi-annual coupon 8.0% APR of the indexed face value, 30/360). Minimal volume of compulsory quotation for the market-maker of KZTCb1 is 1,700,000 bonds.
