/KASE, August 9, 2022/ – Joint Resources JSC (Almaty), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about the decisions of the sole shareholder dated August 5, 2022.
The shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the audited separate financial statements of the company for 2021;
- to approve the audited consolidated financial statements of the company for 2021;
- not to distribute net income, and also not to pay dividends on the company's
ordinary shares for 2021.
