/KASE, August 5, 2022/ – Shubarkol komir JSC (Karagandy), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that by
a decision of the Board of Directors dated August 2, 2022, the following persons
were elected to the composition of the company's Management Board:
- Y. Kudaibergenov – member of the Management Board;
- S. Kim – member of the Management Board;
- A. Sabiganov – member of the Management Board;
- D. Savina – member of the Management Board.
Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of Shubarkol
komir JSC consists of five people: R. Ibragimov, S. Kim, A. Sabiganov, D.
Savina, Y. Kudaibergenov.
