/KASE, August 3, 2022/ – AltynEx Company JSC (Aktobe region), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about
the decisions of its sole shareholder dated July 26, 2022.
The sole shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's financial statements for 2021;
- to approve the following procedure for distributing net profit for 2021 in the
amount of 12,345,124,000 tenge:
- to pay 7,000,000,000 tenge as dividends;
- to retain 5,345,124,000 tenge at the disposal of the company.
