/KASE, July 18, 2022/ – Subsidiary company "Aktobe-Temir-VS" JSC (Aktobe
region), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has informed KASE about the decisions of the annual general meeting
of its shareholders held on 15 July 2022.
Shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the audited annual financial statements of the company for 2021;
- not to approve the procedure for distributing the company's net income based
on results of 2021 and not fix the amount of dividends per ordinary share of
the company for 2021 due to the lack of net income in 2021.
Decisions on a total of four items of the agenda were made at the general
meeting of shareholders.
